Installation Process
Step One: Get Ready
Check the cabinets for accuracy, mark their positions on the walls, identify the highest point on the floor to ensure level installation, and remove the doors of wall cabinets to make handling easier.
Step 2: Install Bottom Cabinets
Line up the base cabinets and secure them together, use shims to correct any uneven floors or walls, measure 34 inches from the floor for the countertop height, and install leveling legs at the bottom corners to ensure stability.
Step 3: Install Wall Cabinets
Start in a corner and work outward, install hanging rails if needed 2.5 inches below the ceiling, secure each cabinet to the adjacent one to maintain alignment, and ensure all cabinets are level and even.
Step 4: Finish Up
Install toe-kick moldings to conceal the legs and give the cabinets a clean finish, then reattach the doors and drawers, ensuring they are properly aligned.
